Mesa face 

Native to Mesa Arizona displaying general swelling of the face, down syndromesque, fetal alcohol-having characteristics or other white trash traits. Most noticeable personality-wise propensity towards guns, ATVs, Wal-mart, extreme liking of cats, extreme sports but yet never participating i.e. paint balling. The term is not locally specific it can be used to describe and fugly white trash hillbilly / shovel-face creature.

Guy1:That fugly slut-ma looks like she was hit by a shovel.
Guy2: Nah, she's just a mesa face.

Slang name for a group of folks who live West of the Rio Grande Gorge near Taos in the sage brush Mesa. Outlaws, misfits, mad max wannabees, big time pot smokers, dready and filthy. Wear old combat boots, lots of tats and face jewelry.

"Those Damn Mesa rats are cleaning their feet in the temple's bathrooms". "I tried to get out of my car to go to the cafe and a mesa rat is trying to bum some pot of me"
