A noun, a verb and an adjective; Madotake derives from the traditional Japanese form of taking two or more words and combining them into one, in this case the madoka and the otake. A madotake is an office fool, usually working in HR. To be madotaked means you have suffered the pain of dealing with a madotake, something that people often don't recover from and have many sleepless, nightmare filled nights thereafter.
