laundracize

The act of getting exercise by repeatedly running up and down the stairs with loads of laundry on laundry day.

I have a load of laundry to do. I sort it upstairs, purposely. I then take the whites down and start them, then come back upstairs, and get the darks, and take them down and move the whites to the dryer, and start the darks, then come back upstairs for the towels, and so on.

On days when I feel I need more exercise, or laundracize, I do each piece individually. This is useful for after Christmas/Newyears holidays.

A one man, genre inspired, performance in a laundromat. A style of performance invented by ohyeahmorgan on youtube. The term Laundrama was coined by LadyLouski in a comment on one of his Laundramas.
