The area underneath the lower lip, above the chin where where it gets pierced (usually in the middle). Some refer labret piercings as 'lip piercings'.

labret

1. (n) An ornament inserted into a perforation in the lip.
2. (Anthropology) A piece of wood, shell, stone, or other substance, worn in a perforation of the lip or cheek by many savages. Commonly seen as large discs in some African tribes.
3. Commonly used to describe the lip perforation on the chin. Not scientifically recognized as an actual body part.
