A Japanese name, meaning 'Gift from Above' or 'Blessing'. Its a compliment when you're called a Keiko, not at all an insult.

Kitagawa Keiko

Kitagawa Keiko-sensei is a Japanese actress. She played Reiko, the tech girl, in Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and Hino Rei/Sailor Mars in PGSM, the live Sailor Moon drama, which was only produced in Japanese.

Kitagawa Keiko was also in Mizu ni Sumu Hana.
