When someone tries to help you fix something, but only screws it up worse. Specifically something technical or I.T. related. I.E. cell phones, computers, PDA's, smart phones, software, etc.

A Joris is a very helpful person who is always there for his friends. Joris is athletic, loves soccer and basketball and is very good at school. He's shy but loves going out in small groups. You're guaranteed to have fun with him. Joris can cheer anyone up, no matter how badly the other person is doing.
