Generally the result of a salty player who cannot clear content even with the same mods themselves. AKA butthurt casual who wants an easy win and cant stand when someone else succeeds so they report everyone.
I saw someone get Haru'd so hard, they were down to 5% in savage when they pulled him from the fight and everyone wiped. He got two weeks and thats just the warning.
