Get the Horizon (the girl)mug. The Horizon Initiative is an organization created in the late 1960s by various influential sects in the main three Abrahamic religions as a response to the growing number of anomalous activities and groups which they perceived as threats. Though the full extent of their goals is uncertain, the Horizon Initiative is known to target SCP objects, either with the intention of retrieving or destroying them, depending on each item's perceived place in their dogma.
The Initiative is led by a tribunal composed of leaders from the three largest sects involved in its creation, though a large amount of internal strife often leaves the official leadership in less than full control of the organization. The HI's main combat force, Project Malleus, is generally deployed in anti-cult operations and in SCP retrieval operations.
The Initiative's relations with most other Groups of Interest and the Foundation seems to be in a state of constant flux; while all parts of the HI perceive the Church of the Broken God and Fifth Church with a great degree of hostility (and at times engaging them in armed conflict), sentiments toward the Foundation and the GOC vary greatly, from open hostility to a limited willingness to cooperate, depending on the internal affiliation of individual members.

Get the The Horizon Initiativemug. The point in beard growth when the length is beyond stubble or stylishly short fuzz, and a decision must be made to trim, shave, or let it grow.
A secondary characteristic of many beard horizons is, as the length becomes more noticeable, it can become more distracting or annoying...such as with moustache hair that curls over the upper lip, or chin hair that is frequently messed with.

This douchey chinstrap is gettin' kind of burly...think I've hit beard horizon.
Hey, Justin...your carefully cultuvated "fashionably unkempt" party stubble is turning into a full-blown hipster face-wig. I think you blew past beard horizon some time during a weekend PBR bender.

Get the Event Horizonmug. The point at which, during a drug or alcohol based impairment, you reach a level where you know something has dramatically changed in your level if consciousness. In essence, the ‘moment of knowing’ that you have reached an altered state.
Similarly, you can also pass unwittingly into this state and not be consciously aware of it. You may realize it the next day, or someone may have told you that you had definitely changed your mental state.

Get the horizon heromug. The point of no return in a long tedious meeting when attendee's brains are no longer capable of rational thought, and all meaningful contributions generate into Jimmy Saville impressions
Like an event horizon, once crossed there is nothing you can do to go back.
