Gpopa

A person (whom is often in a minor position of authority) that delights in the frequent abuse and torture of people that would normally be considered peers. The abuse normal takes place as the frequent and repeated gifting of accolades or fortune specifically to take it away at a later time.

Our dungeon master is a total Gpopa, he only gives us new items so he can't rip them from us later.
