A word invented by Black Point and Sensato del Patio. Black Point has several videos on Youtube where he states the word actually has no meaning because it's completely made up (gibberish). This is word does not have a double "meaning" , nor is it slang from the streets of Santo Domingo (trust me, I was raised in and still visit Stdgo).
