A frotato is a freaky looking potato. The frotato is most commonly mistaken for a potato , a frotato is a genetically worse version of a potato that can be used in many ways aside from cooking.

Spouse A: Can you hand me that nasty looking potato so I can cook it?

A member of gamefaqs, often found at RI, usually making cynical/sarcastic comments. He could be described as egotistical, but according to him, he's just plain flippin amazing. Also an X member of The Hallway on Gamefaqs. Rumor has it that he once set fire to a hobo, but that still hasnt checked out yet.
Rumor also has it that his next victom was to be Vdgx, but he was killed by scotty, so thatll have to wait.
