A stretch of the arms out to the side or over the head done by criminals, usually accompanied with a quick scan of the surrounding area. This is usually done once they know the gig is up, and they are looking to take off on foot.

As soon as the K-9 showed up to the traffic stop, I noticed the dipshit started doing the "felony stretch".

relationship felon

1. A person who repeatedly breaks the rules of engagement when romantically involved (i.e., cheats, lies, steals, beats, etc.).

2. A player who insists on being in a relationship, even though all he/she does is cause pain.

Tammy seems to attract nothing but relationship felons who end up treating her like dirt.

felony card

A felony card is shown by a soccer referee to a soccer player who has broken the rules. A yellow felony card is used to caution a player. A red felony card is given when a major felony is committed, or when a player has accumulated two yellow felony cards.
