Used to describe a self-important person who feels the need to wear and use their Bluetooth earpiece at all times, especially in public. A douchenoggle will make every effort to ensure that everyone in the vicinity is made aware of their very “important” call. Also a synonym for the Bluetooth earpiece itself.

“Hold on, I can’t hear you. Let me put in my douchenoggle.”
