Due to Apple's lack of physical ports for connections that are still very popular at the time of this writing, June 2017, users are forced to buy dongles and/or cables in order to use their connections that Apple apparently considers "legacy." Dongle hell could entail dongles for aux ports, USB 3.0 and below, SD card slot, HDMI and more.
