Bitchy customers that have ridiculous expectations when returning merchandise that has clearly been used for an extended period of time without a receipt or tags for no good reason other than they are broke and need money.

In retail: "The customer is always right," except when they are a cuntstomer.

It's when a Karen is a complaining pain in the ass customer no matter what a restaraunt or store does for them.. they would complain about winning the lottery because it wasn't enough or complain that ice wasn't cold enough.
