You carolinize something when you make it better.

"You should put basil to carolinize it"

If the person who is making the dish put basil in it, the recipe would be improved. Therefore, it would be carolinized.

"You did carolinize yourself by being more outgoing!"

The person got better after choosing a more outgoing way of character, s/he carolinized her/himself.
