Morons you must tolerate in order to receive payment for your labor. It's typically 50/50 whether you get good or crap coworkers. The step up from "classmates" when you enter the adult world.

Oftentimes, you must interact with your coworkers like how you would a kid or teenager, because oftentimes most of them have not matured past that point.
