A person who is 50% Chinese, 50% Mexican, and 100% pure awesomeness. You will be hard pressed to find someone cooler than a chexican.

A meal that is a combination of Chinese and Mexican food. Usually only applied when both kinds of food come from the same restaurant. Most predominant around NYC and New England with the 'Taco King' chain. Can cause explosive colon if not careful.

After school, we're going to get some Chexican from China Maxim/Taco King for dinner.
