Cato

The male tribute from District 2 in Suzanne Collin's "The Hunger Games". Cato is the last threat to Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark when his sidekick (also from District 2), Clove, is killed by District 11's Thresh. Thresh is later killed by Cato in the book, but killed by mutant dogs in the movie. Cato is nearly defeated by the mutant dogs that ended Thresh in the movie, but when the dogs torture Cato for many long hours, Katniss shoots Cato with an arrow and puts him out of his misery.

Bob: "I sure am glad that Cato is dead."
Sue: "Me too! He wasn't even that cute."
