A butterdouche is a backstabbing, grass who is both slimy like butter and a douche like a douche. A butterdouche can also be used as a simple cuss word for a bellend.

I can't believe he grassed me up to the boss, what a fucking butterdouche.
That guy is a total butterdouche.
