Bosnian Mountain Time is the time that you leave the party and/or bar after intending to "just have one drink and leave."

Me: Just so you know, I'm planning on leaving at nine.
Jen: Ok me too
Me: Oh shit it's after nine.
Jen: Let's leave at nine o'clock Central Time
(time goes by drinks flow)
Me and Jen: We are leaving at nine o'clock Pacific Time (shots glasses clinking)
(time goes by and drinks flow - bar is closing)
Jen: What time zone are we leaving at?
Me: Fuck we're on Bosnian Mountain Time now (said so slurry sub-titles are needed)

Bosnian

Bosnian is the national origin of anybody who has a Bosnian heritage and was born in Bosnia, not mattering what religion they are(unless of course they do not see themselves as Bosnian like most catholics and orthodox christians there, but not all).

For the record somebody from Hercegovina is also a Bosnian because Hercegovina was never a independent region, but a region in Bosnia. It only received the name Hercegovina (after Hrzeg Stjepan who was a warlord in the Hum region today Herzegovina)long after being a Bosnian territory. Even during the Ottoman time Herzegovina was a territory in Bosnia( a sandzak in the Bosnian Pashadom) and the name Bosnia and Herzegovina came only to be during the creation of Yugoslavia(due to political reasons).

Bosnia and Herzegovina

A country of the northwest Balkan Peninsula. It was a constituent republic of Yugoslavia from 1946 to 1991, when it declared its independence. In 1992 the country erupted in war among Serb, Croat, and Muslim factions. A peace agreement was reached in November 1995 by Balkan leaders in Dayton, Ohio, which called for the creation of two substates, a Muslim-Croat federation to govern one half of the country and a Bosnian Serb republic to constitute the other half, united under a newly created national presidency, assembly, court, and central bank. Population: 3,527,000.

Bosnia is a very beatiful land with many spectacular mountains.
