An acronym that stands for Best Friends For Life With Benefits.
It is used to describe two people, who don't go out but are so close that everyone around them thinks they are together.
Therefore, they may mack on occasionly, BFFL with benefits.
(Used in the same format with the acronyms; BFFL, BFF etc)

Person 1 "Are Matt and Millie dating?"
Person 2 "Nah, Matt says they are just really close friends."
Person 1 "Bit too close if you ask me. BFFLWB ey? Ey?"
Person 2 "Haha definitely getting some action on the side."
