A total jackass, one who enters a party and is completely rejected by every girl there, and still thinks he's the shit. The antithesis of a player, the opposite of one who "spits game." An arknard is generally a useless prick.

Look at those arknards, at the frat with no ladies around them, but still laughing at dane cook jokes from 4 years ago and making fun of the other guys who actually have game at the party just out of jealousy.
