adoptada: (feminine term)
I don't know what the gender neutral term is. It's Spanish

Parent: "Tu no eres mi hijo/hija, eres adoptado/adoptada." ((You aren't my son/daughter, you're adopted.
The little child: *sigh* .. "ya se." ((I already know.
