A pervie or pervies is a wackaloon who frequents online chatrooms and forums. They are often rude and childish. They can be a blondeislost with severe emotional issues which need professional help. Often a pervie will become stuck in a state of matronation.

Her uncle was a pervie as he kept wanting to know all about her friends.

Dictionary Definition:Short for permission this term describes any document giving the holder authority to do something that would be considered unlawful without the permit.

Urban Dictionary Definition: A piece of paper which would be more useful as toilet paper as Clients fail to read and adhere to conditions contained within.

A document which is an afterrthought for Project Managers but hold great importance once remembered. More powerful than King Arthurs Sword, more useless than used toilet paper.

This permit is 'feckin useless'. I'd be better off wiping my arse with it than trying to work with it.

Permit Fag

A permit fag is someone who has recently received their driving permit or hasn't gotten their license yet, and constantly talks about how good of a driver they are, or corrects mistakes that a licensed driver makes. They constantly recite terms and rules that they have just recently learned in a Drivers Education course. Overall they are just conceited little high-schoolers who seem to think they are driving experts. Often times they actually aren't good drivers at all, and passengers tend to spend most of the car ride grabbing the "oh shit handles".

Permit Fag: "Yeah I'm such a good driver. I haven't even gotten a ticket yet or anything."

Guy: "Shut the fuck up. You've had your permit for two days, you conceited piece of shit."
