Acronym for Chuckles with Smile. LOL is overly used and most people do not actually laugh when they say LOL. A lot of people chuckle instead of laugh when chatting. =)

Example: Dwight typing to Pam on Instant Message

Dwight Schrute: Through concentration, I can raise and lower my cholesterol at will.
Pam: Why would you want to raise your cholesterol?

The ushers who clean the theatre and get it ready for the next showing hate cw's because they stop them from doing there job
