When a person does absolutely nothing but look at definitions on Urban Dictionary. There is no cure for Urban Dictionary Fever; the infected suffer until they pass out from dehydration or exhaustion. (They also tend to soil themselves because they don’t get up to go to the bathroom.)

Mike: Dude, all Jason’s been doing for the last 14 hours is reading definitions on Urban Dictionary, and he smells like shit.

Matt: I think he has Urban Dictionary Fever.

Each time you see a definition containing the word "AMAZING",you take a drink. Game usually over in 10 minutes. NOTE: Game can be modified by changing key-word to awesome,fag,swag,<3 or any other word commonly used by the pre-teen set.

Urban Dictionary Cheat 

A dishonest way to have your own word published:

1) Invent your word or phrase.
2) Log in as an editor.
3) Keep pressing Publish / Don't Publish / I Don't know until you reach your word.
4) Press Publish on your word. (Very important)
5) Log out, then log in again using a different account.
6) Repeat as necessary. 3-4 times usually will do.
7) Enjoy.

Frustrated over his word not getting published, BubX decided to use the Urban Dictionary Cheat. Fortunately, not very many people have figured out this glitch....until now.

Urban Dictionary Arrogance 

A form or hubris manifesting on Urban Dictionary, in which people write down the names of “friends” (themselves) and describe a singular person, flagrantly ignoring Urban Dictionary rules and guidelines.

If the subject is male, a mention of the measure of his penis is not out of the question. If female, expect the description “pretty" and "nice."
Urban Dictionary Arrogance is widespread, with about 40% of entries reviewed by editors being UDA or UDTT.
Current examples are Kevin, Sam, Jill, etc.

The converse is Urban Dictionary Trash-Talking.
