Rape Ticket

A rape ticket is a type of fine similar to a speeding ticket that a man would get for having to rape a hot girl because he has exhausted all other valid forms of getting her consent for sex legitimately. Suggested Fine = $100.00

This sort of fine would exist if people understood that rape is how all animals have sex in the animal kingdom. Once humans invented a way to communicate, rape became taboo.

There were so many hot girls at the cubs game yesterday, I would definitely have gotten a couple of rape tickets.
