You buy a new pair of shoes and your bills are due the next day, you're a shoe-head.

pineapple head 

A term used to mock the hairstyles of two characters from the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. Mukuro Rukudo and Chrome Dukuro's hair have spikey point in the back heads, and therefore they look like pineapples. Fans of the show tend to draw and doodle Mukuro and Chrome with pineapples.

Check it out. I just drew the pineapple heads on my history homework.

Pyramid Head 

A pimp that has gone maniac and still wants his money even in death, this psycho maniac rips the skin off of other hoes for warnings, he is the ultima mega pimp. His pimp hand weighs strong with his spear like cane and his giant sword as his back-up cane. He also rapes other monsters hoes, to show power over the other monster pimps.

turtle head poking out 

Turtle head poking out can mean two things:

1) To have an extreme urge to defecate, so much so that the feces is already spreading the anus and a portion of it is beginning to stick out. So called because it resembles a turtle poking its head out of its shell.

2) The portion of a long log of shit that protrudes above the water in a toilet. Since it is above the water, it can be smelled. So called because it resembles a turtle poking its head out of the water.

1) May I use your bathroom? It's urgent, I have a turtle head poking out.

2) You may not want to go into the washroom for a while: I just had a crap and there was a turtle head poking out; the smell is awful.
