A woman whose ultimate goal is to get pregnant without having to go to a fertility clinic. Specifically, the "thief" tricks the victim by convincing the man that she wants to have sex with him. Afterwards, she will attempt to recover the man's "gravy" from a used condom by sucking it into a syringe and injecting it directly into her vagina. She may or may not pursue her victim for child support if she's successful.

Poor Bob fell victim to a gravy thief. Now he has to pay child support for a kid that's being raised by a lesbian couple, that fight his requests for joint custody.

Girl 2: "Do you think he's hot? Did he try to kiss you afterwards?"

Girl 1: "He did give me a bunch of roses and a box of chocolates, which is nice... but there's no way in hell I'd let him near me, the guy's fugly!"
