Noob 

A sub-culture of Netizens, who tend to overuse acronyms a lot to express emotions.
This, of course, does not apply to everyone, but, mainly to those who use symbols and/or gibberish instead of words, because they think that it sounds cool.

Noobs are a drain on bandwidth.
Stay away from them.

Noobs are generally people who don't know what they're talking about in any matter. Noobs are largely attributed with forums, however, they have started invading MMOs as well.

Inside these MMOs, a few will attempt to host scams that obviously break the ToS. Others will run around begging people for money. They can be compared to a cockroach, and all noobs are on par with the meaning of fail. A large majority or these noobs will never reach a level past 15 without outside help, and many of them become extremely touchy when you ask what their level is. Researchers are currently attempting to discover whether or not they have any intelligence whatsoever. The fact is not debated much.

Noobs are not to be confused with newbs who have some small clue of what they're doing, but will become better given some time.

B: u suck, go suck ona dick
A: Uh huh. Charming. What level are you?
C: Whoa, man, she's just asking your level. No need to get so mad.
B: 1 adn a half

noob, which derived from the old indian saying noobie to describe settlers, means
1. person who is new at the game, website, etc and lacks the knowledge of it
2. person who has no skill at a game even if they've been playing for a long period of time.
3. person who just owned you but your mad at them so you call them a n00b
