Even if the product you are trying to sell is intended for a completely different demographic, such as Depends Adult diapers.

I tried to explain to the Creative Director that the hipster didn't represent our customer demographic, but she's got a bad case of millennialitis.

Whereas the Millenial generation seems to create and use words in the English language any way they see fit, Millenial Scrabble is a game where any combination of letters scores points. (Millennial might know the game Scrabble as "Words with Friends").

I told my younger cousin that irregardless wasn't a word, and she showed me it was added to the dictionary. She's a Millennial Scrabble champion. Get off of my lawn.
