After an individual deficates and wipes his/her anal ring, a brown oozing viscous stinky substance starts to seep out of the O-ring causing individual to have to re-wipe over and over through out the day. If leaks are excessive a "Manpon" may be needed. This condition is caused by old age, heavy drinking or butt darts.
