Loosely derived from the word 'Folly', Foley describes an inept idiot, someone who thrives attention, like a 14 year old schoolgirl and will do anything to gain that attention.
Someone who invents stories in an attempt to impress those around him but everyone can see through his bullshit

An unsolicted sexually suggestive email or instant message, especially from an authority figure. Most commmonly used to describe older man/teenage boy communications.
