AIDS-Fuck

An AIDS-Fuck is someone who knowingly spreads AIDS/HIV without thought or conscience to the victim their infecting.

An AIDS-Fuck is someone who goes out of their way to infect unsuspecting victims with contaminated blood or semen.

An AIDS-Fuck is said to be most at work when they are first diagnosed with HIV and go on an infecting crusade to deal with the loss they feel.

Similar to an asshat, only much more blunt. This refers to an annoying driver who is in your way, with no way of getting out of the situation,similar to when you have aids. Since they are driving, they become an aids trolley.

That douche is going 25 in a 40 mph zone. I can't get around him. You gigantic aids trolley!

AIDS burger

Urban legend about a disgruntled fast food employee who had AIDS. He was said to have injected his blood into warm hamburger patties to incubate the virus with the intent of infecting random burger joint patrons with HIV.
Recently popularized by a South Park episode in which Jimmy Buffett did an AIDS benefit concert for little Eric Cartman. The episode actually made no mention of the urban legend, but used the term in a parody of a well known Jimmy Buffett tune.
