This word essentially originated from gibberish, a combination of rappers and ghetto superstars combining various words and giving them meaning thru there songs.
However, upon the evolution of the gibberish part of the english lanugage, it has been taken to mean:
Sizzle with a "w" plus sweet = SwizzleT!!!
