One who does more than his/her fair share of whining and/or complaining, much like that of a toddler in a high chair. A spoon banger--in adult terms--may be a stubborn person who complains about everyday functions.

It was impossible to get that spoon banger to bong a beer last night.

adjective - relating to chinese buffets, the term used to describe the technique of covering up for crabbing. as the term suggests, this often involves spooning the evidence and disposing it in a subtle way so as to avoid the crabbing charge and the wrath of the management.

1. When a car and/or truck will not accept fuel at the fastest rate posible from the pump and the fuel pumper must slow the flow rate down to a trickle to keep the fuel from backing up and splashing out of the fuel opening.

I had to spoon feed that U-haul truck because gas was spitting out.
