A person that only likes sports teams because they live in the state. Also know as a "geographic sports fan" because of where they live.

Joe is a state repper because likes the Pirates only because he lives in Pittsburg, PA although they suck.
Bob is a Knicks fan ONLY because he lives in New York.

context: to pull off, or do.
Meaning:
1. A spin, a crash, or a near miss.
2. To fail in something badly or screw it up completely
3. To not succeed

Is also applicable in embarassing situations, for instance, breaking wind infront of females, or "arriving" to early..

A 1 trick reaper is someone who plays overwatch but only picks reaper. He wouldve played 24 hours but all of them wouldve just been him playing as reaper.

Lots of people hate 1 trick players but they dont care because they are normally masters at their character
