A mental disorder associated with the pricing of items deemed to be too expensive,where the person suffering from this disorder attempts to reduce the cost of the item by changing the bar code of the item.Apparently the item does not have to be actually needed,but it is the act of the deception is what is needed to relax the person suffering from this not well known disorder.
