White girls who pay bills, give money to, provide housing for, and offer sexual loyalty to guys of other races with no relationship commitment from them in exchange for attention and sex. May or may not end up being a babymomma, which is irrelevant. Dumb white disease (otherwise known as DWD) usually continues until the white girl runs out of money and/or becomes a victim of physical violence at which point she may have a moment of enlightenment; however, many relapse into DWD again and continue the cycle.

A disease suffered by a fat chick who are so diguested with herself she cockblocks any guy from talking to her attractive friend(s). Fat women who suffer this disease for long periods of time will develop a permanent pissed off demeanor look on their face. They possess chubby perma-frown cheeks resembling a bulldog's jowls.

Raw Ass Disease (R.A.D.)

the combination of extreme exposure to heat, humidity, and sweat, that causes chafing around the buttock region. Can normally be supressed by applying medicated powder to the infected region, though relapses may occur due to fact that this disease has no cure.

Jimmy had a major case of Raw Ass Disease (R.A.D.) after his girlfriend kicked him out of her ride and made him walk 5 miles in the Georgia heat.
