a grimy, hood, weed smokin, drunk on weekdays, welfare as a lifestyle, down for whatever and whenever chick that is every negative black stereotype in the book. Similiar to a groupee but she has no preference when it comes to social status. You don't have to be a baller.

A chicken head wears houseshoes in public, kool aid red hair, several ponytail holders on short ass ponytail, lives every aspect of their adult life infront of their children without any discretion and finally with a limited mentality of doing anything outside of the hood.
