Conneaut Blues

Similar to Depression, but manlier. When a re-enactor misses just hanging out with their friend, the general vibe and atmosphere at being at a re-enactment.

The reality of the “real world” hanging heavily over one’s head and wishing to be back in the field or in the camp surrounded by like minded individuals.

History: Derived from the Ohio town of Conneaut that hosts “D-Day Ohio”, a WWII Re-Enactment.

Person one: “Are they ok? They seem pretty distant recently…”

Person Two: “Yea, they’ll be alright, they’ve just got a case of the Conneaut Blues.”

Connor

Connor is the kindest guy you will ever meet. He's really quiet at school, but if you get to know him you'll find that he's actually really silly and funny. He works hard in school, has nice friends, is into anime and has every Demon Slayer manga ever. He's a year older than me. He is really sweet with his little sister, who's in the 4th grade at the moment. He plays piano. He always keeps his hands in his pockets. His love langue is physical touch, so he will always sit beside you, rest his arm on your shoulder, touch your hand gently, lay beside you, and ask if you want to rest your head on his lap (not in a weird way!)
Connor is not super tall, but he's taller than me, at around 5'6 or 5'7. He has amazing, jet black hair that makes you want to run your fingers through it. He has an amazing sense of style, but then again he looks good in whatever he wears. He has his ears pierced. He is so f**kin fine and adorable at the same time. He's Asian too, which automatically makes him a cutie. He has a smile that makes you fall in love without realizing it.

After meeting Connor, you may experience the following symptoms:

- Inability to stop thinking about him
-Nervous sweats
-Shaky hands
-Face paced heart beat
-Flushed cheeks
-Stomach butterflies
-Constant state of happiness
-Genuine smiles
-Staring but looking away when he notices
-Quiet speech/less speech

Me: What?! How did you know?!
Friend: I see the way you look at him when he smiles at you!
Me: I can't help it! His smile is so beautiful
