Shenanigoggles

When a person or thing does an action of extreme goofiness, some may consider, too be silly "shenanigans". Whenever the person or thing in question does something beyond shenanigans is when it becomes "shenanigoggles". Further more, it is used in context of something silly, goofy, wacky, or quite baffling.

Mr. Stink Head was up to some shenanigoggles when he signed the life size portait Brain Bell from Weezer.
