1) Usually, a stereotype & pejorative racial slur, originally used by some in the
black and hip hop community, meant to depict the booties of most white women as being "unattractively" flat, or in some cases, just small.
2) The reality is though many white women's butts may not be as large as most black women's, most are not flat and
stick out. White girl butts can come in all shapes and sizes, and plenty of white
girls that are millennial or gen z have butts that are far from flat & sport curves & breasts as
well.
Whether or not the
butt isn't flat depends on hormones/fat deposition & muscle, more so than race. Environmental & childhood factors including parental absence & trauma play a role in
sex hormones levels, in addition to genetics and race.
Having daddy issues in childhood can lead to bigger breast and
butt size in females of any race, since they may increase estrogen levels & promote earlier puberty.
