(note, this term does not imply mooching, but rather generosity by the giving party)

Sniggle-dick

When a persons dick is so small it is called a sniggle-dick therefore prompting someone to change their gender because they are unhappy with their size.

Tony has a sexual problem and the ladies cannot get satisfied from his sniggle-dick.
Tifa: "Tony has a sexual problem and the ladies cannot get satisfied, I know I'm not"
Cloud: "Tony needs to switch genders so that he doesn't have a sniggle-dick anymore, that way he will never worry about pleasing women"
