Unfinished software that has not yet been abandoned yet but goes long periods of time without maintainance or significant progress to it's completion.

Man this early access program seems to be Neglectedware at this point, it hasn't gotten a bug fix for over a year.

Negligent homocide - Improper care of being or relating to homosexuals, homosexuality, including obscene, grotesque; including but not limited to: pretending to be homosexual, calling person(s) homosexual when they aren't, or mocking a homosexual.

Negligent Homocide:

Example: "I skipped to the phone with my hands in the air acting in gayish mannerisms unknowingly"

Example 2: "I negligently called myself gay to friends, only to tell them 'I meant I was happy'; getting mad at them for thinking I was homosexual."
