When a person jumps from event to event related to Twitch and/or YouTube in an attempt to gain more likes and follows, usually with little effort put in many or all of the events they get into. Most likely succeeded with complaining and whining when not enough followers or subscribers are gained.

Not to be confused with a producers tag, which usually comes in the form of a sound clip, the clout shout is often yelled by the artist just before and after their hot, hot verse is delivered.
