Dubinglish

The dialect and accent of someone who grew up in Dubai. It's a mix of all the core ethinicities that make up the population of Dubai. A mix of Indian, Filipino, Arab, British and American English dialects. The accent sounds almost neutral but only other Dubai kids can notice it.

Thomas: I can't place your accent, where are you from?

Melanie: I have a Dubai accent. I speak Dubinglish.

Dubedos

It is someone who's kind of a frenemy. Sometimes he is nice but more often than not he is not really nice, but you hang out with him anyway because you don't have any other friends, or to exploit some other advantage, for example, a safe space for practicing socializing.

Usually it is someone who is, frankly, kinda dim-witted, and definitely a bad example of a role-model.

Usually a friend first becomes a dubedos, then becoming a hater. Or just stays in the dubedos phase.

I'm not sure why my dubedos Traent embarrassed me in front of the kids. But I forgive him.
