This occurs when someone is typing porn really fast not paying attention to the keyboard. Although, instead of typing "O", they mistype "0" and switch "0" with "r".

This is very similar to the case of ZOMG. When someone is typing OMG really fast, they mistype "Z" instead of holding down the shift button.
