Nepherson

When two sisters trade their husband and both husbands inseminate both sisters. The resulting offspring have unknown paternity. A male baby would be called a nepherson and female baby would be called a Neiter.

This is a variation on the word "netherverse" (plural netherverses) (fantasy) A lower universe, realm, region; or underworld. In this case, it refers to the marginalization of trolls into silos away from public discourse by blocking them from your social media feed.

This is a Billy Flowers level of hopeless stupidity best marginalized into the bowels of the “nethernet”.
